In Beachtung der Vorschriften der neuen Gesetze zum Schutz persönlicher Daten wird festgehalten: 
Die Bearbeitung der Daten erfolgt nach den Prinzipien von Korrektheit, Zulässigkeit und Transparenz, wodurch deren Vertraulichkeit und die Rechte auf Datenschutz gewährt sind. Die an CISAM sas anlässlich vorvertraglicher Beziehungen für Produktangebote oder zum Zweck von Vertragsabschlüssen übermittelten Daten werden digital oder manuell für Folgendes bearbeitet:
1. damit verbundene Verpflichtungen:
a) zu bürgerrechtlichen, steuerlichen und buchhalterischen Vorschriften;
b) zur administrativen Verwaltung der Geschäftsbeziehung;
c) zur Beachtung der Vertragsverpflichtungen;
d) zur Unterstützung und Information bezüglich des von Ihnen erworbenen Service;
2. zur Information über kommende Initiativen und der Ankündigung neuer Dienstleistungen von Seiten des Unternehmens und unserer externen Berater.
Die Daten werden von unseren Angestellten, unseren Mitarbeitern und unseren damit beauftragten externen Beratern bearbeitet. Wir erinnern daran, dass die Genehmigung der Datenbearbeitung zu den in Punkt a) genannten Zwecken obligatorisch und unumgänglich für die Auslieferung der uns erteilten Bestellung ist. Andererseits ist die Genehmigung in Hinblick auf die im Punkt b) genannten Zwecke Ermessenssache. Wenn in diesem Falle die Genehmigung nicht erteilt wird, folgt daraus die Unmöglichkeit unsererseits, über die Entwicklung unseres Service zu informieren. 
Das Unternehmen versichert, dass die mit oder ohne digitale bzw. automatisierte Mittel erfolgte Bearbeitung der Daten so durchgeführt wird, dass deren Sicherheit und Vertraulichkeit gewährleistet bleiben. In Beachtung der vom Gesetzesdekret Nr. 196/2003 vorgegebenen Grenzen und Bedingungen kann die Bearbeitung einen oder mehrere dieser Schritte umfassen:

Verantwortlich für die Datenbearbeitung ist die Firma CISAM sas mit Sitz in Induno Olona Via Tagliaferro, 6 - 21056 welche die Daten für die oben genannten Zwecke verwenden wird. 
Gegen den Verantwortlichen für die Datenbearbeitung können jederzeit die hier vollständig wiedergegebenen Rechte nach Artikel 7 des Gesetzesdekrets Nr. 196/2003 geltend gemacht werden.
1. Der daran Interessierte hat das Recht, bestätigt zu bekommen, ob ihn betreffende, eventuell auch noch nicht registrierte persönliche Daten vorhanden sind, und dass ihm diese in verständlicher Form mitgeteilt werden.
2. Der daran Interessierte hat das Recht auf folgende Mitteilungen:
a) Ursprung der persönlichen Daten;
b) Zweck und Art der Bearbeitung;
c) Vorgehensart im Fall der Bearbeitung mit Hilfe digitaler Geräte;
d) Identität des Inhabers, der Verantwortlichen und des gesetzlichen Vertreters entsprechend Artikel 5, Absatz 2 des Gesetzesdekrets 196/2003;
e) Person oder Personengruppen, denen die persönlichen Daten mitgeteilt, oder die als gesetzliche Vertreter im Staatsgebiet, Verantwortliche oder Beauftragte dazu Zugang bekommen können.
3. Der daran Interessierte hat das Recht, Folgendes zu bekommen:
a) Aktualisierung, Korrektur oder, falls gewünscht, Ergänzung der Daten;
b) Löschung, Anonymisierung oder Blockierung der gesetzwidrig bearbeiteten Daten, einschließlich derer, deren Aufbewahrung zum Zweck, zu dem sie ursprünglich gesammelt und bearbeitet wurden, nicht erforderlich ist;
c) Bestätigung, dass die unter a) und b) des vorstehenden Punktes 2 genannten Vorgänge mitsamt deren Tragweite denen zur Kenntnis gebracht wurden, denen die Daten mitgeteilt oder durch Veröffentlichung zugänglich gemacht waren, ausgenommen, das würde sich als unmöglich erweisen, oder einen offensichtlich unverhältnismäßigen Aufwand gegenüber dem Schutzrecht bedingen.
4. Der daran Interessierte kann sich gänzlich oder zum Teil verwahren:
a) gegen die Bearbeitung, wenn berechtigte Gründe vorliegen, ihn betreffender persönlicher Daten, auch wenn sie dem Zweck der Datensammlung entsprechen;
b) gegen die Bearbeitung ihn betreffender, persönlicher Daten zum Zweck der Zusendung von Material der Werbung, des Direktverkaufs, der Marktforschung oder der Geschäftskommunikation.
c) Beginnend ab Erhalt dieser Mitteilung wird das Einverständnis zur Bearbeitung der persönlichen Daten nach Punkt a) angenommen, es sei denn, dem werde schriftlich widersprochen.
